Låi Sii is a collection of colorful striped weaves and plains. It is woven on a hand dyed silk warp and over woven with either cotton ribbon yarn or linen. Both yarns are from Italy and the collection offers a bright and colorful fabric option which is easy to use. This version is woven with a heavier cotton warp yarn and can be used for drapery. The fabric is available in stock.

What makes this fabric special: Låi Sii is Lao for striped colors. The colors in this collection represent the vibrant colors of Laos and were thoughtfully put together to make a statement yet be practical at the same time. There are two versions, a linen/silk version and a cotton/silk version. The linen/silk version is lighter and more suitable for drapery and the cotton/silk version is a heavier knitted tape yarn and can be used for upholstery or drapery. The yarns are spun in Italy and woven on a Chinese silk warp.
